Extended Support

Available from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday with options of 120, 60 and 30 hours per year.

Extended Standard support contract

All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.

An extended Standard support contract provides with

  • Up to 120, 60 or 30 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.
    Technical support may include assistance with Jet Enterprise system configuration, plan structuring and creation, import/export processes, routine system management, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group. 

  • Access to all upgrades to the Jet Enterprise core system released during the contract period

  • Assistance with integration of any additional Jet Enterprise modules purchased during the contract period

  • Access to all Jet Enterprise system documentation released during the contract period

  • Support Hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time) *

    * excludes Victorian public holidays.
