Incident Based Support

For customers who do not have a support contract, ad-hoc support is available

Incident-based technical support

For customers who do not have an ongoing support contract or who have exceeded contract upon support hours, technical support is available within standard business hours (10am–6pm Mon–Fri excluding Victorian Public Holidays) on a per-incident basis.

Non-urgent technical support

$180/hour or part thereof

Minimum charge 1 hour, work commenced within 1 week of work request

Urgent technical support

$280/hour or part thereof

Minimum charge 1 hour, work commenced within 2 business days of work request

Emergency technical support

$380/hour or part thereof

Minimum charge 1 hour, Obsidian staff diverted immediately to attend to work request
